A spoonful of life - Möller's Tran
Helping one of Norway’s most long-lived brands inspire people to get more living out of life through an international campaign.
With eternal life as the impossible ideal and social media as the catalyst, we want to live life to its fullest, without being restrained by anything, least our health.
Health is no longer about survival, but self realization.
So, when people are buying health supplements, they are not merely buying omega-3 or vitamins - they are buying uptime. So they can get more living out of life.
And who else, better than Möller’s, can provide just that? Möller’s pure cod liver oil have improved immune systems since 1854, one spoonful at a time:

Connecting Möller’s to this big emotional need, we were able to play across cultures and stand out from the traditional and generic competitors, delivering a full communication platform with distinctive brand assets across all media and formats.
Between top-level brand communication and more tactical messages, Möller’s needed a flexible platform, able to convey the benefits of their product as well as their long heritage and expertise.
For brand and benefits communications we created a system inspired by the Möller’s bottle itself. Vibrant, lively images of people caught in a moment of their everyday life pour out of the bottle, symbolizing the life contained in a “spoonful”.
When talking about heritage, the system changes to show dramatic images of Norwegian nature, where cod is fished. All text is placed on a green filter overlay, as if we are looking through the green glass of the bottle.






Animations constitute a vital part of the visual profile, and are used as an effective storytelling tool. The cod liver oil drop is brought to life to through a series of pictograms illustrating the benefits of the product on the body.
Additionally, the drop can also serve as a transition between a scene and the packshot.

In collaboration with Signe Fuglested Luksengard, we took lively and warm pictures of kids playing, capturing brief moments brimming with energy.
