Summer has always been a challenging season for the real estate market, and with the European Football Championship in full swing, even fewer people prioritize viewings. Nylander & Partners wanted to keep the momentum going and help buyers (and their partners) balance both football fever and house hunting.
Enter Double Viewing – a fusion of real estate and football. We transformed property viewings into a match-day experience with custom open house signs and stickers featuring the “Double Viewing” message. To bring the concept to life, we teamed up with football commentator Kasper Foss, who delivered electrifying play-by-play coverage of house viewings as if they were nail-biting finals.
The campaign racked up extra points with radio ads, social media content, print, and display banners, all wrapped in a distinctive visual identity – floor plans reimagined as football pitches. This enabled Nylander &Partners to keep property viewings in play, even when the biggest matches were on.
