A series about eight young adults struggling with mental issues. They meet in group therapy once a week. They document their own lives through video diaries. Sharing their challenges, process, and change with the viewer.

The series was a great success with high ratings on NRK (Norwegian Public Television) and achieved several awards, nominations, and made political agenda.

The series has also been remade for Dutch, Spanish, and Canadian audiences, under the titles “True Selfie” and “Un vrai Selfie”
