Rimi and The Salvation Army spread the joy of Christmas.
Throughout the year Rimi positions itself as the supermarket that helps families with everyday meals. How could we remind people of this in December, but put it in a Christmas context of togetherness and giving?
We recognize that there are families out there that don’t have it as good as others, so in keeping with the Christmas spirit, we wanted to help those families have a better Christmas. We cooperated with The Salvation Army to collect donations for those in need. When customers shopped at Rimi, they could buy a gift card of any value, which went straight into the Salvation Army Christmas collection. The film we made is a simple symbolic story of how one person’s life can touch another’s in a meaningful way at Christmas when they shop at Rimi.
The film was produced by Motion Blur and directed by Henrik Sander.
